We'll be staying with my family in Littleton. Probably won't be getting out for much in the way of "adventure", but lots of kid-friendly stuff.

Try East Colfax for an "adventure". Not exactly kid-friendly, though.

^One of my best friends from high school lived just off East Colfax for a while. I am not sure where he is now.

Cape Ann, is that the North Shore area?
We used to go camping on Hermit Island in Maine. I can still picture the cliff top campsite we landed one year.

Yeah that's the north shore. Surprisingly quaint given the surrounding metro area.

Actually, that does remind me of once, when I was in high school, I drove up to St. Mary's "glacier" and we downed 3 gift bottles of booze each, enjoyed the extra buzz the altitude gave us, and then slid/tumbled down the snowfield. And lived!
