I bug her all the time about it, but i guess I have not been that effective.

she works staggered hours to keep from having her kids in day care all day, so she is always sub-conscious about her "work time" i.e.

So RG, did she wish to remain anonymous? If so you did a poor job of concealing her identity (for others who may have worked w/ her).
