See but this is how we do nuclear. In that calc, my conclusion would be pretty simple.

"The examinee is estimated to have answered only 55 correctly. The minimum correct answers for competency is 56. However, as outlined above, several conservative assumptions were used in estimating the correct answers. Therefore, by engineering judgment, the examinee has passed the exam."
