Yeah. I've been following that thread.

It seems like some folks switch jobs after they get a PE so they can get paid more.

Working for the state, pay raises work differently. We tend to all get the same percentage whether we deserve it or not.

I jus wanna be able to live more comfortable. Maybe even get a bigger house.

 
That principle job is a couple pay grades higher then me.

I don't think it would be worth the extra work.
