Yeah, the tangible products of, let's say, a Land Development Firm are generally an effective litmus. I worked for 2 of those for about 10 years. Construction Management is much more of a "roll with the punches" kind of field. Forrest Fires and Thunderstorms, followed by a period of drought with the occaisonal down-pour of idiots to keep things interesting.
Very true. Overall, I have been pretty good at mixing Internet surfing with actual work. Problem has been the crappy budgets due to state of the economy. Used to be more budgeted fluff
