Totally understand. I just got a comment for a residential dwelling site plan, specifically regarding a 4' high boulder retaining wall. the ME said that we needed a fence along the wall (which is all of 15' long and only 4' high for about 5 of the 15'. said that the fence specifically needed to be 3' from the face of the wall, otherwise moment calcs would be needed assuming a 200# point load. It's dicky things like this that give ME's a bad name.

Yes, but thankfully I own the unit that contains everything, so I just have to go move it. The old house hasn't sold, so its a secure cold storage unit.

Thanks. Waiting for house to close and roads to freeze a little more; then it'll be time to start moving things... Uhaul is now out till spring; so it'll be 4x pickups and trailers to move everything.

Makes me glad I have chains for all the trucks, I'm gonna need them with the way the wx has made the driveway according to a neighbor.

Sap, moving from fbx to Palmer for work in Anch. Stayin in AK though which is da important thing.

I do wish i was still in fbx. The dry cold was much better than this humid crap i'm dealin with now. Besides, there was a lot less traffic to deal with.
