Just spoke with the person in Tennessee that handles the administrative end of all of this. They said the state board doesn't review exam results before they are posted; NCEES notifies examinees of their results directly. No further board review needed. May not be much comfort to all sitting on pins and needles right now. But at least you know the Volunteer State is not holding everyone up. Cheers.

I assume you took the test at the Knoxville Convention Center. What did you think of the proctors? I thought they were pretty good.

 
Fantastic.  I was in the very back right in front of the SEs.  My proctor, which I won't name for obvious reasons, works for KUB and was great about assisting with notifying our section about time, granting bathroom breaks etc.
