I guess I'm glad they didn't go with the standard "Cincinnati style chili" like they usually do, but goetta for Ohio? Seems to me, goetta is more of a Kentucky thing and the only reason it's a thing here in SW Ohio is because we're right across the river from the shoeless ones.
