Its possible that NJ has not had a chance to update everyones checklist yet, maybe why they havent released the NCEES results?  Im obviously still skeptical until I get that email and results notice.

I called the board this morning and the lady basically said,

"Minnesota is one of the few states that actually mails the results and we are not allowed to give results over the phone, e-mail, or any other way."

She did not affirm or deny if NCEES website is updated at the time the letters are sent.

But do you think it is possible that the state side reads "pass" for all applicants until the verify the results? Seems far-reaching I know, but being told I passed yesterday has me searching for answers.

Without having seen the interface there's no way to tell. Pennsylvania had a similar issue back in Oct 2014, except they issued licenses to people who were listed as failed.

At this point, I'd treat anything given over the phone as highly suspect and unofficial.

Well I received the email, and NCEES officially shows I passed the test now, so you can turn MS green!

Got an email from DCOPLA and went to 

https://bpe.dcopla.com/Public/MemberSearch/BPELicense

and searched by my last name and showed up as an active PE

results on NCEES still pending but I think this is a good sign?

Yes, they never tell you anything on the phone! Let's see if USPS screw our results like other boards !! Man, horrible storries for other boards; I feel we are ok if MN board sends us the letter!! Wowwwwww for Florida ouch

Ouch, what a tease. So mailed on May 24th and received [?]. I'll have to make that it's own color on the map. Please let me know when you receive it and when it was postmarked.

Do you mean, what do i have showing on PCHSQSCH? It says scores recieved with a empty check box and a blue arrow. It says application with a link under that.

I took the test in Georgia; Signed up to reply.  The board supposedly had a teleconference today at 9:30 am. My assumption is that they are validating results. I have a buddy that took the exam a year ago and said he got his results around 2pm (ET) the day the board met.... so I'm checking like a madman this morning.

Side note... my wife just gave birth to my first child yesterday, I was refreshing my page up until delivery. Baby boy and mom are doing great. Hopefully I don't have to take this exam again.  I just want to enjoy being a dad!
