Shrimp Boil Day

For the past couple years we have had a shrimp boil at work on or around May Day. Today's marks shrimp boil number three. Should be scrumpteous. Although, last year we bought precooked shrimp on accident, cooked them again and didn't realize it until we bit into what had become shoe leather.
