Job Requirement:
Job Requirements and Duties:
o Incorporate Quality requirements/flow downs in each work instruction.
o Coordinate and create process drawings.
o Review and process work instruction changes.
o Review and approve work instructions for release to shop floor
o Create/review Inspection Check Sheets.
o Responsible for identifying special tooling and fixtures.
o Ability to manage special processes based on internal/customer/commercial specifications.
o Support Team Leaders as needed.

- Working directly with and consistently communicating with team members to accomplish the following:
o Incorporate Quality requirements/flow downs in each work instruction.
o Coordinate and create process drawings.
o Review and process work instruction changes.
o Review and approve work instructions for release to shop floor
o Create/review Inspection Check Sheets.
o Responsible for identifying special tooling and fixtures.
o Ability to manage special processes based on internal/customer/commercial specifications.
o Support Team Leaders as needed.
- Work with the CNC programmers when work instructions are created to assist with the development and fabrication of special tools, fixtures, and special requirements needed for the shop floor.
- Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering Technology degree or equivalent experience.
- Positive attitude, willing to work well with others
