I honestly just used the John Camara Cmp E reference manual and NCEES practice exam http://www.amazon.com/Computer-Engineering-Reference-Manual-Electrical/dp/1591261708/ref=sr_1_19?ie=UTF8&qid=1377433381&sr=8-19&keywords=computer+engineering+pe+exam

With that said, after the exam I came across the following blog post and felt that I wish I had seen it prior to the exam as it contains some very good reference material suggestions http://www.barik.net/archive/2011/01/05/111114/
