Frazil: I've worked with dinosaurs too, they are pretty easy to bypass, esp. when everyone knows the smell of the dead wood. good luck!

Road Guy: There probably could be a "sub forum". I'm old enough that I've seen a lot of changes for female engineers and it's a lot better than it used to be. But there are still times when you think, "It shouldn't be like this--this is America!!!"
