R vs D

In a question I am solving it says

A horizontal circular curve for a new urban highway has a radius of 2500 ft and a degree of curve
(arc definition) of 2.29º.

But if you put this two numbers into formula

R=5729.578 / D

It doesnt match to each other

Please help

DA = 5729.6o / R = 5729.6o / 2500' = 2.29o. Works for me.

Weird...if you solve for D it works

Solve for R = 2501.999127
