PPI Civil Engineering Reference Manual Index 15th Ed

Hello,  up until a few days ago  PPI2PASS  was offering the CERM Index (PDF) for free on its website,  but this is not the case anymore, they have started charging $15 to buy the CERM Index PDF which I find it in many ways a bit greedy, penny-pinching movement in all honesty. I have the CERM 15th ed full as pdf, and I just uploaded the Index Pdf so anyone can print it out and take it to the exam because it's very handy http://docdro.id/vPnqg1Z

I only have a CERM 15 edition hardcopy.  but it is very heavy for me to carry. I wonder if anyone who can share the pdf or know where I can buy the pdf? Many thanks!

Thank you for posting this index! PPI still has the 16th edition index posted for free (https://ppi2pass.com/Docs/bookInfo/CERM/16/CERMindex.pdf), but I needed the 15th edition and you saved me for lots of wasted time at a copier. Much appreciated.

Be careful with that link; I just downloaded it and noticed that page I-1 says "Index to PE Civil Reference Manual", but from page I-2 onward, the header says "PE Civil Companion for the Sixteenth Edition", which is a different book.
