I thought about taking this exam, but also found that the available study material, such as practice exams, was a bit lacking. Seems to be left to the test taker to compile study material on his/her own, which is unfortunate. Perhaps it is due to the relative low demand of Comp Eng. test takers as compared to for example Electrical Power PE test takers.

I took this exam 6 years ago and you would be correct; I had to compile resources on my own and hope for the best. The demand is low because the computer engineering field as a whole doesn’t really see the need for licensure in most cases.
