PDH Electrical Courses

Can anyone recommend a good online electrical PHD course. Looking for something that has some form of video/schematic representation where it not all reading PDF's. obviously convenient, flexible and cost-effective are important.

I'm checking out a NoonPi free webinar next week (not electrical) that I found via web search this past week.
Their courses look decent for PDHs... and may be my cost effective yearly plan. We'll see... I've never tried a plan before but I now have more than one license to manage so I hope it proves to be a suitable solution.

I too am also open to suggestions.
