I just signed into PCS and went to pay for the April PE exam and the fee was $340! The October 2013 fee was $255. Anyone know why the $85 increase??? Moral of the story is I should have passed the first time...

Care to define/explain what PCS means?
PCS (professional credential services) is the 3rd party exam administrator for some states that everyone rants about because of their poor service in providing timely exam results. Based on experiences shared here, any PCS states generally take 1-2 weeks LONGER to produce results as compare with those who do not utilize a 3rd party exam administrator.

I had no idea. Thanks k1f3.

Sorry for the confusion, there are numerous rants about PCS, so I assumed everyone knew who they were. My bad. I received an explanation simply stating "when NCEES raises their fees, PCS must raise accordingly".

GTOShoota - I can imagine. I am pretty much on the same boat. It was painful to pay $90 extra bucks this time around. I wish I would've passed the exam in October. By the way I went to WVU
