While that is wicked cool technology, I think it would be cost prohibitive to coat essentially everything prone to water damage in the powder made from that stuff.

Pretty big claim....

ORNL scientists are always saying this. They want to make as big an impact as they can when they get a little press, because it helps them get grants. There are a lot of "world changers" over there. (They're just a couple miles from my office).

That being said, it is cool technology.
