Oooooo, that's a good idea! I've never made meatballs before, but I figured I might as well try! The only kind I've ever seen made by hand were the ones my mom made , which were monsters! I was also thinking chili mac and cheese (since that is something I've never had/eaten before, and people seem to rave about it so much I want to try).meatballs!
I did meatballs simmered in tomato sauce (plain canned tomato sauce mixed with season petite diced - I added garlic. And then pulled out the meatballs, immersion blendered it. And served with spaghetti squash.
