Yup! @leggo PE turns out taking civil/construction wasn’t a very good way to start my PE career when half of the stuff wasn’t covered in my micro-scale undergrad. Enviro is way more easy since I do so much of it everyday at work!!!

My cousins sent me an interesting sweet potato biscuit recipe, but I really want to try and make ginger biscuits. Need to make some caster sugar and find golden syrup (which might not be a US thing?).
