Even though I'm as southern as they come, I've never been a fan of grits. When I did eat them, it was with butter though.

I tried plain grits when I didn't know better and was working in Raleigh. Luckily I drove down to visit a friend in Georgia and they made me some s&gs

There are things that I would lick whipped cream off of, but chili would just be gross.

MIL made dinner for us tonight.  Took me an hour to clean the pots, pans and kitchen.  She made pasta and meatballs.   I can't imagine what pasta primavera would entail.
