I love spam. Spam and rice is my favorite dish. Fried spam with caramelized onions with bell peppers with melted Gouda on a sandwich is the bomb.

We had a Spam crisis this morning. I neglected to go to the store last night to buy bacon for the Boy, rationalizing that we had two slices of spam left over in the fridge, and he agree that he would eat that for breakfast.  Instead, His Mother ate it late last night because we went on a bender (another going-away thing) and so when we woke up, no Spam AND no bacon.

It was pretty close.  I attempted to substitute a hot dog (that kid loves his nitrates and nitrites).  He objected, at first, but then went for it.
