The roads and potholes really are the worst in Pennsylvania. I've been all of the country and I'm amazed at how smooth the roads are outside of PA.

I got the dates from the NCEES website and some googling. Here are the averages using 2015 forward. The thing about it is that since 2015 the release dates were decreasing until this year.
