Bah.  People wait 9-months for a baby and even longer to pay off their mortgage.  This exam wait is more like scheduling a tooth extraction.  You have to get a ton of paperwork.  Then wait for the appointment.  It'll be painful and you might cry, but it'll be over either way.  And sometimes you get to keep the tooth/PE certificate.
