I am thrilled to be officially licensed as a PE in the Great State of Maine ( ! ) after passing the Civil Water Resources/Environmental exam a month prior. Same state where I was certified as an EI, though I live in Mass (note that the Province of Maine gained independence from Mass in 1820). Kudos to the Maine Board for their excellent communication during the licensing process. There are other posts here about Maine being a relatively straightforward and less bureaucratic Board for both EI and PE exam registration and licensing and I wholeheartedly agree !
