Summary: I am a mechanical engineer who has more than 10 years of pipeline design experience for O&G. Recently, I got my P.E. license (exam: Thermal & Fluid Systems)
I would like to get into the world of HVAC design for my prospective company. Here I need your advice:

1- What courses do you suggest? I have already contacted the ASHRAE for their 2 levels of training for the HVAC design. Do you think is it good? Enough? What else?
2- In order to design, sign and stamp what do I need? Is the PE license solely enough or do I need anything else? ASHRAE CHD?
3- I know how to use AutoCAD, I have read the other topics about software but just in order to keep everything in one place for the future readers, what software for the drawing, and/or what else for the calculations in order to start from scratch?
4- What else would you like to give a heads up?

Thank y'all in advance.
