I have for sale the latest HVAC Sample exam from the NCEES. I used it once to take the sample exam so it's practically brand new. There are no marks or writing anywhere. The cover is just creased at the binding from folding open the book. - $40 shipped Continental US

Also for sale is the Lindeburg 2nd Edition Mechanical PE Sample Examination. There are no marks or writing in the book. The cover is slightly creased and there is a slight bit of water damage in one of the corners, but there is no major damage. - $45 shipped Continental US
