How did you guys study? Did you take a class? I didn't get good news and want to pass the next attempt.
Sorry to hear that. I took the AEI seismic class and also bought Hiner's exams separately. I didn't take Hiner's full class so I can't say much, but AEI was very comprehensive and has a lot of material so if you really want to feel prepared going in, I suggest AEI. You'll have to put in the hours but as long as you follow the AEI plan, you are most likely going to pass.
My other coworkers used Hiner's on-demand class and they passed too so I think, overall, you can't go wrong with either one.

I am trying to request to re-take the Surveying exam, but it is asking for ATS number, what is that number/where can I locate it?

Per Board instructions: To retake the examination, from your dashboard click the “Request Exam” link listed under the “Action” column. But I don't see that option either. Anyone has the same issue?

I called them today and they said they don’t know when the license numbers will be issued. First they said the person handling that is new, then they said there is an issue with their system. Overall, this process is painful. They need one year of experience with a masters degree to let you apply to be licensed and then you need to go through the process for even more than a year to receive your license.

This isn’t reassuring - it isn’t rocket science. This is administrative/clerical work. Surely someone else in the office can get the “new” person up to speed.
