Issue while applying Online for MD PE License

Hi,

I passed PE from MD this April cycle & got an email from the board to apply for the license.

However, when I apply by 'Create a New Pwd', it gives an FR001 error & says that their licensing system is down.

Can anyone help on this?

Yes I did. She said keep on trying. Doing that for last 3 days.

It worked. Called them up & they sent me a new link which needs to be opened through IE
