I failed October 2018 and Oct 2019 attempts.

after that I signed up for April and October 2020 but they go canceled.

I took the CBT exam 12/21/2020 and the results came out today that I passed. Can someone help on what is next? Do I need yo do anything or the Florida Board will send me the PE number and certificate automatically?

The link below spells it out for you, but noone talks up front about fees.

Still got another $230 for the FBPE application and $100 for the NCEES record transfer....and 4/6 weeks I think for the number to be issued.

I am waiting for the number, but I am not sure if my application was approved on the 01/13/21 meeting. No minutes posted (but not sure if minutes will have applicants names). I am refreshing the 'license search' website like I refreshed the NCEES exam result page in mid December.

Do they go through and approve applications in the meetings like that? Or is there just a tall stack on the executive director's desk they have to get through? Like what's the process?
@FBPE Rep are you allowed to shed light on this?

It's a combination. Board staff can approve applications that are straightforward and have everything already verified through NCEES Records and meet requirements specified by state statute/rules. Otherwise, the Board reviews and approves them. Though if there are questions regarding, say, experience or education, then the Board may offer the applicant a chance to appear before the Board (virtually these days) to clarify information.

Can I request you to be my 'Application Analyst'? Much better and thoughtful answers....Thanks for your time.

Thank you, but unfortunately, that's not in the scope of my job. (Plus, I don't have access to the licensure software.)

The analysts are very knowledgeable. The every-two-years licensure renewal period in Florida (Nov. 2020-Feb. 2021) just ended, and the licensure analysts were swamped during that time dealing with the 40,000+ renewals. Things should be settling down over the next couple of weeks, so they will be more responsive to calls and questions.
