BA - June 2001

EIT - April 2002

BE - June 2002

PE - April 2012

PE isn't official until I get the certificate, but close enough. So 10 years.

If passing this April counts:

BSME June 1984

FE April 2010 - first try

PE April 2012 - first try

You guys can do the math - that 1984 isn't a typo, kiddies. Its never too late.

August 2004 - MSCE

October 2004 - EIT (i.e. "FE") (1st Attempt)

April 2012 - PE Civil (1st Attempt)

8 years

FE.....Oct 2011

PE.....Apr 2012

First attempt on both 18/19 years out of school.

12 years of experience in the electrical power industry.

Took FE April '07 (the week of Virginia Tech shootings, so it didn't distract me)

Graduated from ODU May '07 BSCE

Passed PE 2nd attempt - Civil Transportation in VA April '12

A shade under 5 years I'd say.

BSME, August 2006

MSME, May 2009

FE, October 2009

PE, April 2012

Passed both FE & PE from first attempt

Born: January 1982

FE: April 2004

BSME: August 2004

(work work work work)

PE: Apri 2012

So that's 7.5 years out of college for me.
