Howdy, Y'all!

Sylvia here from the great state of Texas!

I am interested in taking the FE/EIT [Testmaster] course in the Houston area, and there's a discount if 3 people take it together. Interested?

Hi Sylvia (I'm not interested sorry).

But it may be worthwhile to buy the Lindeburg FE book and read through it before forking over the money for a class. If i remember correctly to pass you need around a 50% or so on the EIT, and if you catch up on your statics/math/chem it's a very solid start.

Just trying to save you some money. We've had a lot of engineers go through and take the EIT and a week or two of studying was usually sufficient. I don't know your exact situation and I do know that the further out of college you are the harder this test becomes. But just figured i'd input my 2 cents. :)

Thank you so much for the detailed reply and for taking time out of the day to respond. It is invaluable. I will certainly check it out.

It makes me feel better to know your viewpoint and how helpful it is.
