Yesterday I was having a meltdown at lunch bc Mr. Krak packed me a tuna sandwhich on pita and the bread got all soggy and gross bc he didn't pack them separately and he didn't include any crunch (celery, onion etc) in the tuna.

Mr. YMZ worked at Subway when he was in university. One time while making the V cut, he accidentally knicked himself with the knife and didn't notice until after the customer left. Then he realized he had quite possibly bled all over the sammich. I don't ask for the V cut anymore.

I'm all for the healthy stuff... but not the judgmental nonsense. I am in a Paleo group on facebook and one lady mentioned that she purchased porkrinds from http://www.grasslandbeef.com/StoreFront.bok and another went off on her about how they feed their pork gmo products... good grief

I don't think we know enough about GMO's to be freaking out about them. There was such a big push against MSG a while back, it's not hard to avoid but if I don't avoid it I don't freak out.

I hate Gluten, but what is worse is the fad of Gluten free products. My body functions better without it, your's may need it...

And to the OP: My sammiches don't have to be neatly stacked all the way across, but the meat has to at least go the length of the bread. As long as every bite had more than just bread & lettuce, I'm ok.
