THE JOB—WHAT IT IS: As a Geotechnical Engineer with Terracon you will perform geotechnical exploration and analyses, formulate laboratory or field investigations, evaluate respective data, and prepare proposals/reports.
THE PERSON—WHAT IT TAKES: A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field is required. A Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field is preferred. You must have 2-3 years experience managing geotechnical engineering projects. P.E. is a plus. Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet; ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; and demonstrated ability to prepare technical reports are required. You must have a valid driver’s license.
