Calling it "bacon" is like extending the word Engineer to a janitor.I've said it before, I like turkey bacon. However, it does not look, smell, taste, or resemble real bacon in any ways. In fact, they shouldn't even be allowed to use bacon in the name. I like eating the occasional spicy slim jim, but there's no use in trying to convince myself, or anyone, that its an acceptable alternative to real beef jerky, either.
