I just passed the seismic exam taken in Q4 and I’m selling all of my materials.
1) Hiner 2021 Seismic Review workbook and practice exams (originally $221)
2) ASCE 7-16 (originally $175)
3) IBC 2021 (originally $170)
I’m selling the entire bundle for $300 (+shipping). I used these materials and passed the exam on first attempt. I’ll also throw in some 2018 AEI practice exams. The Hiner workbooks have some markings and the back page of the review workbook is coming loose, but otherwise everything’s in good condition.
