Examination Deferral? Application approved, changing from October-2011 to April-2012?

I've taken the exam before and scheduled to take it again October-2011.

Application paid and approved with both State of California and NCEES.

I'm not prepared to take it in October.

Is it possible to roll everything, $275 payment, NCEES approvals, etc. to April-2011?

Essentially a deferral to April-2011?

Per NCEES website:

Cancellations

You may cancel your exam reservation up until the NCEES registration deadline through your My NCEES account. NCEES is unable to cancel reservations after the NCEES registration deadline. Refunds will include exam fees paid to NCEES minus a $35 processing fee. Funds may not be transferred to a later exam administration date. If you did not pay exam fees to NCEES, contact your licensing board (or its testing agent) regarding refunds.
