Sorry for the late response.
I found that the SDRM was a good primer and reference on Masonry design for the test. The other chapters were moderately useful for review, although during the test I tended to use references with which I was more familiar.
It's been a while since I've solved a textbook problem, so I can't recall how similar or not those were to the exam problems.
