Does anyone know of where you could order a cover like this? I have seen them before, they are basically raised palstic covers so that you cannot bump into the circuit breakers. It was attached using velcro.

Back in the day, we would simply order Lexan from a plexiglass supply company. It can be drilled, cut, and heat-molded to shape using a blow torch (Slowly and carefully!).

Plexiglass can be fickle to work with. It's cheaper, but Lexan is far more durable, even though more costly.

I know Square D makes them for their own breakers. If you aren't using SqD breakers, then I would check with whatever company you do get your breakers from.
