Our company got Communicator several months ago. It can be helpful to see when someone is at their computer or not, because it shows them as "inactive" - lets me know if I should bother calling to ask a question or walking over to their desk h34r:

I thrive off communicator here. Mainly because I can see when someone's on their computer, since most of the engineers in corporate have a habit of ignoring their phone.

that would be pretty cool to be honest.. what would be really cool is a locater device so that when the annoying people are headed your way to talk about the email they just sent you I could pick up the phone and pretend not to notice them?
