Position Title = Project/ Construction Manager (offshore oil & gas)
Education Required = Construction Mgt or engineering degree or adequate expereince
Years Experience Required = 5-10 (offshore oil & gas facility design background)
Position Description = This individual would support a major project for coordinating the execution of client furnished equipment. The individual would serve as a focal point for all construction issues from FEED through project completion.He/she would have the lead role to ensure that the fabricated components and engineered equipment are constructed in accordance with all applicable internal and external drawings, specifications, regulatory codes, and QA requirements.
* Lead construction from FEED point to project completion
* Provide AFE cost estimates for equipment and inspection budgets
* Monitor inspection cost and provide monthly reports
* Participate in constructibility reviews, procurement strategies, contractor/vendor pre-qualifications, and attend pre-bid meetings.
* Monitor fabrication progress to ensure delivery dates and technical requirements are met.
* Maintain inspection files and records.
* Monitor workloads to ensure adequate manpower is available to meet client requirements
* Must be familiar with AWS, NACE, ASME/ API codes, NDE requirement
* 75% in the office, 25% at Vendor's Site
