I cannot believe my ears ! Talked to the Connecticut Board admin and this is the response she gives me over the phone with attitude, regarding when we can expect our PE packages:

"I have 65 (!!) business days to send out PE packages to those who received their passing exam result letters on July 17th. I will probably (!!) start sending them out in couple weeks!".

Man, fine line. On one hand you want to let her have it, but on the other hand you don't want her to hold up your stuff in retaliation or worse report you for whatever she deems you might have done.
