can someone help me out on my application?

The application states "Explain here any changes in your title resulting from promotions or other job changes during this period of employment."

Can someone guide me as to what they are looking for here? i started working as a Project Manager Intern and then my title changed to a regular project manager. is this all that i need to state or do they want more information like if my responsibilities changed? Any insight would be great! Thank you.

My guess is information about responsibilities also. Boards usually want to see growth and this is 1 way to show growth and increased responsibilities during a period of time.

I am also New York, and I completed Part 'B' of form pe4a, as:

• My initial role was that of as a Computer Engineering Analyst responsible for the Computer Engineering activities as described in Item A above, and detailed within projects 1 and 2 - Item C - below)
  
• Advanced to the function of lead Computer Engineer just prior to the project 3 (in Item C below), upon being promoted to Systems Specialist (the highest non-management level for engineers)
  
• At the outset of project 4 (in Item C below), promoted to the title of Technical Officer and continued to perform all engineering duties (as described in Item A above), plus managing six (6) other computer engineers performing the same engineering functions
  

The NYS application reviewer had no problem with how I described these title/position changes.
