Hi Everyone,

I recently passed the CA Civil PE exams (seismic and survey) and want to sell the two books I had used during preparation:

1. Civil Surveying Review Workbook, Reza Mahallati 2023 ($75). This has a few notes with additional information adjacent to some topics, that I thought were necessary to gain a better understanding. Also has a few tabs which really helped me navigate through different chapters quickly during the test.

2. Seismic Design Review Workbook, Steven Hiner 2018 IBC ($70). Like new, barely used and has a few tabs.

Available for pickup in Dallas - Fort Worth ( DFW) area or I can ship for an extra shipping fee.
