PA board is scheduled to meet on January 8th. I wonder if they have to meet to 'APPROVE' the results.

That would be beyond ridiculous. Absolutely unreal. This state seriously has the most levels of bureaucracy for anything and everything I've seen, and I've lived in Socialistic countries in Europe.

I have nothing constructive to add , except that this wait is brutal.

- in the even of bad news , we have until 2/21 to reapply for the April test correct?

I don't think the they need a board meeting.

Nobody on Earth thinks they should wait for a 1/8 board meeting just to approve the exam results. I've seen other people post that other states hold their meetings during these two weeks leading up to Christmas, but FFS that's irresponsible and unprofessional IMHO if they wait that long. It's utter BS. And yet ... not a surprise.

I called today. The lady said she knows the results were out but they were waiting on PCS. She said they should be out mid Jan...comical.

It may not amount to anything, but if it's after New Years, I'm writing a nasty-gram to my state legislators. There's absolutely NO reason WTF soever for them to wait that long. It's a disservice to our professions and an embarrassment to our entire state's licensing board and system.

Flash back to 2009: Took the PE Civil in PA on 4/24/09, Received results in mail on 7/6/09 (73 days). Received license # on 8/6/09.

Flash back to 2011: Took SE Vertical in PA on 10/28/11. Received results via email on 1/6/12 (70 days).

Until PCS is removed as a 3rd party, the extended wait for PA will continue...
