Oh!  Wait!  I need a recipe that uses a ton of poppy seeds!  I wanted to try a German cheesecake, but that requires quark, which isn't a thing in the US?  I have 4-lbs of normal seeds and around a half pound of milled.  NEED INFO PLEASE.
Do a (many) poppyseed roulade(s)!

 
That's just a poppyseed roll?  Right?  Uggggh, I don't feel like dealing with yeast/proving.  I just want something I can throw the many many poppy seeds in and hope for the best.
Lemon poppyseed cake! Go heavy of the poppyseeds.

I'm not sure it'll use up all four lbs on unmilled seeds though.

I could do that!  I was thinking of attempting Hamantaschen, but I don't have the time during the week???  But I could def do a lemon poppy seed pound cake mod from the recipe I like using as a base!
