I should have clarified that the crying was done behind the closed doors of my own home 
Thanks for the support and congrats... I am really excited to be able to have people lower on the org chart than me... I'm really excited to be able to work on tasks that give me more of a mental challange... I am really excited to be able to NOT spend 50 hours stomping mud off my boots a week... heck, I'm just really excited.... I now get to dabble in all aspects of the construction process from the RFP's to the final inspections of the jobs
