Buy it. I guarantee that if you have it, you'll use it. And it would be a great shame to fail an exam because you didn't want to pay the extra $100. I didn't crack mine open until the day of the exam and I think I found at least a few PM answers in that book. As long as you have a general idea of how to use the index, it will help you out.
