Review of what exactly???? What are they going to do- open up the envelopes and start reading them again., they are so incompetent. I dont understand what the hell is difficult. Final audit, so now if they find a screw up they are going to start to rovoke licences that are already posted. This whole process is nothing but a kangaroo circus with results in it pouch. It's a kangaroo with results to NCEES then to castle to Ny back to castle......What a MESS!!!! They should be ASHAMED!!!!!!

They are holding all of the results pending one final review/audit. They have notified NYSED of their intention to put them in today’s mail, however, if the review takes longer than they anticipate, it will be mailed on Monday.

I believe the results from Castle were sent to the NY State Senate in Albany first.... the whole pile is on the senat floor with the rest of the legislation waiting to get signed off by the real clowns of NY...
As for Castle, I've called them a couple of times and most of the people that anwer must be temps. They have no idea of the process or when things should get processed. I had gotten three different answers in the same day once trying to find out what the exact process was and when we could expect to see the test results.

It's rediculous. These morons (both NY State and Castle) don't realize that peoples lives are on the line when it comes to the results of this test.

It is really gonna drastically change you life base don whether you find out this week or next week?

Why are they are holding them if they already submit to NY state and NY state already post some names?

You PASSED, and you should just be happy with that. The piece of paper with your pass grade is not what you want, its the license number on the website, which you have. Congratulations :multiplespotting:

The next thing you should be panting for is the wall certificate. In the meantime, you should order your stamp from engineerseals.com

Yes it will. I have a potential promotion that is not available to me unless I have a PE. They have been holding up the decision waiting until I hear.... I told them end of June/early July based on previous years results. The position has to get filled and if I don't have the PE, they will have to bring someone else in. If I lose out on the promotion, it will cost me about $20-30k a year.

So, YES.... IT'S VERY IMPORTANT TO GET THE RESULTS TO THIS LIFE ALTERING TEST IN A TIMELY MANNER!!!!

The test condition should change from time to time....people in the NCEEs still using the old technology for grading the exam...

We should have the scanner in front of each section in the testing center. After you finish it then you just turn your exam paper right into the scanner so they will know the score right away.(keep the print out score for yourself and NCEES keep the final score paper also. They just have to determined the cut score is....After they post out the cut score then they will issue you a license number on line...if their is any mistake you still have your print out receipt and just need to match up with the NCEEs record.......

I don't care if I came back home after 10PM or 11 PM or next morning....at least you just need to spend extra few hours to finish the work...........NCEEs and states, I just want to help you from heavy work load....please let us help you.....

In that case I appoligize. I didn't realize you had an approaching deadline for a promotion that requires the PE. I have a promotion that's based on me getting my PE but there's no real deadline for it so I'd only lose a week if I got my results a week later. I hope for you your names comes up soon. All exam volunteers must be licensed professional engineers and surveyors.

It already delayed my promotion. I had the yearly review on this tuesday and I didnt know that I passed the PE exam on that day.

so i couldnt negotiate hard enough to get promotion. but unfortunately on thursday I just learned from the website that I passed the exam.

so it is important to get the results earlier.

for me it was too late but with these economy thank god that i still have the job. cant complain

wow, that's horrendous...

i am in a similar situation. i'm supposed to be being transferred soon and if i've passed it could mean promotion along with transfer.

My promotion depends on me getting my PE as well but it a bit of a different situation. As soon as I get my PE I'm eligible for the promotion. The probalem is taht I work for the City of New York and I know that paper work will go through even slower then it's taking NYS to get these results. It will probably take 6 months to a year.

I didn't realize taht some of you had deadlines to meet adn again I'm sorry to all for my curtness before.
